Josée-Anne Bénazéraf began practising law in 1987. She worked for the firm JC Goldsmith & Associés before practising alongside George Kiejman and then founding JBLM Avocats with Laurent Merlet, who subsequently joined ARTLAW with her.
Josée-Anne is a member of the French High Council for Literary and Artistic Property with status as an eminent personality.
Josée-Anne Bénazéraf has been named Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters) for her contribution to the defence of copyright.
